Discussing a piece of living history on the Small Town Western New York podcast

May 18, 2022
I recently had the pleasure of appearing on an episode of the Small Town Western New York podcast. As luck would have it, the host, A.A. Augustine, grew up in Marilla and has fond childhood memories of riding his bike to the Marilla Country Store with his friends. He described the store as “A special place that means many things to many people.” Obviously, I couldn’t agree more.

Beyond youthful nostalgia, our delightful conversation touched on the store’s history and why preserving its heritage is so meaningful to us. We also discussed creating a unique experience that’s relevant to people’s lives today.

Many thanks to A.A. for having me on the podcast, and I hope you enjoy our conversation about our small town’s piece of living history.

Love, Sandy
